Eligibility:

Open to legal residents of TX who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry who live near Flower Mound, TX and/or who plan to be in the area of Flower Mound, TX.
Employees, officers, directors, and agents of SUCCESS Franchising, LLC, Franchisee, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
By participating, you agree that: (1) you have read & understand these Official Rules (“Rules”); (2) you meet the eligibility requirements in the Rules; (3) you accept & agree to be bound by these Rules, & (4) you unconditionally accept & agree to comply with & abide by the decisions of Sponsor whose decisions are final & binding in all respects.
How to Enter:
To enter, participants must provide an entry form containing their legal name, valid phone number, and valid email address.
Entry forms must be submitted at the event location between 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Limit one entry per person.
Drawing and Odds:
Drawings will be held at the specified times.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Participants must be present at the time of the drawing to win.
Prize Claim:
Winners must be present to claim their prize when their name is called.
If a winner is not present, an alternate winner will be drawn after a 5-minute wait period.
General Conditions:
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the sweepstakes in the event it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s control.
If the prize includes membership with Sponsor and/or Sponsor franchisee, entrant may be required to agree to the terms and conditions of Sponsor and/or Sponsor franchisee in order to redeem the prize.
Publicity:
Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
Limitation of Liability:
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or illegible entries.
By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize won.
Disputes:
Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Texas.

Sponsor may be collecting personal data about entrants including, without limitation, legal name, valid phone number, and valid email address. Sponsor are entitled to use personal data contained in all entries in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy.
